- "Training for Trainers (ToT) for improving Extension Capacity in REDD+ and Climate Change" jointly organized by International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO) and Forest Department (FD) of Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry, Myanmar was conducted at Forest Research Institute, Yezin for (5) days during the period from 9 June to 13 June 2014.
- The opening Remarks was honored by H.E U Aye Myint Maung, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry and closing speech was delivered by Dr. Nyi Nyi Kyaw, Director General of Forest Department.
- It was attended by (36) participants including (31) Range Officers from 15 States and Regional Forest Department and Head Quarter; (2) participants of Senior Timber Rangers from Myanma Timber Enterprise, (2) participants of Deputy Staff Officers from Dry Zone Greening Department and (1) participant of Deputy Staff Officer from Environmental Conservation Department under Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry.
The
