During the opening session of the Meeting, Dr. Nyi Nyi Kyaw, Chairperson of the Project Steering Committee (PSC), Director General of the Forest Department delivered the opening remarks.  
After that, on behalf of ITTO, Dr. Hwan Ok Ma, Projects Manager of ITTO, delivered his congratulatory remarks during opening session of the meeting. 

As Item 3, Dr. Thaung Naing Oo, National Project Manager, Forest Department made the following presentations:
·         Review of the project structure
·         Implementation of the Decision of 2nd PSC Meeting

As Item 4, Dr. Thaung Naing Oo, National Project Manager, Forest Department presented the following items:
·                         .               .     Review on Implementation of Yearly Plan of Operation (YPO) in terms of 
                           project progress for six months (January 2014 – June 2014)
·                                          .   Review of the Project Budget (January 2014 – June 2014)
    
     The Meeting decided that next PSC Meeting will be held in December, 2014 in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar in consultation with ITTO followed by organizing National Workshop in terms of REDD+ and Landuse Planning.
